Predicting the weather is always a challenge in Portland, but the forecast for XOXO 2019 is warm weather and mildly humid for almost all of XOXO.

The current forecast says Thursday through Saturday will be very warm and mildly humid, with morning temps in the mid-60°s peaking at 6pm daily with a high of 89°F on Thursday, cooling off each day to the high-70°s to mid-80°s each day. Night temps will be comfortable with lows in the high-60°s/low-70°s each night.

Sunday is forecast to cool down significantly, cloudy with occasional rain showers with a high of 71°F.

Picnic seating is outdoors, but we'll have ample shade options with umbrellas and seating in the tent. All festival programming is inside the temperature-controlled Washington High building or in the tent, so you won't have to worry about sun exposure.
